"If we are to go forward, we must go back and rediscover those precious values - that all reality hinges on moral foundations and that all reality has spiritual control."

HOT TOPIC TUESDAY: INTIMACY
One of the topics was: INTIMACY!
DO YOU BELIEVE THAT INTIMACY IS A 24 HOUR PROCESS?
If you have been married for a significant amount of time, you know a healthy and happy marriage requires a lot of energy and care. Like a flower that needs daily water, our relationships also needs that kind of care.
Still sometimes we need a little help! Sometimes we forget the easy and simple things that keep us going strong.
Here are some tips:
1. Give a compliment to your spouse.
2. Kiss for at least ten seconds. (All at once or over ten kisses).
3. Express gratitude for something specific.
4. Look into the eyes of your beloved for more than ten seconds.
5. Flirt, really seriously flirt. (or text, or send photos, when apart)
6. Remember a fabulous memory you shared together.
7. Rededicate yourself to your marriage and partner.
8. Do something nice for your partner, just to make him or her happy.
9. Be your best self.
10. Say I love you, out loud.

MOTIVATIONAL MONDAY (For the Single)
Have you ever thought this, "God please send me a husband/wife?"
Some people feel that a demand for marriage is a refusal of God’s love because we want our selfish desires met. That we value human love more than God’s love, but in truth God is working in your life to help you meet and love other people. However, you make the final choice as to whom you accept and whom you reject.
God permits calamity so that we can experience His greatest gift – free will.
You can improve your opportunities for romance by getting out and choosing to sacrificially love people.
However, until that human love is found, God promises us a Spouse, always. He describes Christians as the spiritual bride of Christ. Our true spouse is Jesus.
You still may want to find a spouse someday, but find solace in no longer needing marriage necessary to complete your life. If you remain single for the rest of your life, it is okay—God promises to fulfill your heart.

Motivational Monday (Making Decisions)
With the start of the new year, resolutions are in the air, changes are being made, and there are decisions, decisions! What is it that you want for your marriage, for your life? Put some actions to it.
Making the decision to make a commitment before God was only the beginning, with time it only gets better and better.
