Yes, your spouse should be your facebook friend. What reasons would have to not allow your spouse to see your updates and wall postings?

My sentiments as well Mrs. Harvey. I have nothing to hide. Facebook for me is to allow me to stay connected to my family and friends back home and also networking. Nothing more and nothing less.

My husband is my fb friend, you all already know this by his "lame" comments, lol :) But I don't see a problem with your spouse being your friend on fb. To me it really just boils down to trust on both sides. You get those that are paranoid and want to snoop around and check out every friend of the opposite sex, and then you have those that actually need to be worried because their spouse is doing things they have no business doing.

For me I don't mind Mr. Nemo being my facebook friend because I have nothing to hide but then on the flip side of that sometimes I hate when my husband put stupid comments on my statuses.

If my husband ever WANTED a FB page, I don't see a problem with us being friends. There is nothing either one of have to hide from each other. But my husband does not have an attention span long enough to even be interested in Facebook.
